So why would someone, who admits this may simply be the result of someone’s bad day, decide to write a very negative review here? I’m the kind of person who hopes that on your next bad day, someone catches you, and writes publicly about you as well. Because I’m not a super nice person, I’m not like Jim, who probably read that, and knowing him, rationalized her nasty remarks as her being the one having a bad day, and let it roll off his back and genuinely felt sorry for her. He is the most positive and nice man. And....he gets me huge refunds every year! ?“
