Unprofessional and poor business management.If your so desperate as to hire this company, I suggest trying YouTube first.It’ll be more reliable and honest.Don’t support these scam artists.
Buyer beware. Poor project management, execution, and customer care.We contracted Pioneer in April 2018 to do a whole level window replacement on our house here in Steamboat. They botched it in many different ways.Three windows won't shut properly. Pioneer never replaced our screens. Had to replace in-frame window coverings in my son's room because size of window frame changed. Pieces of wood are falling down on our balcony from where they attempted to install (see attached picture). In addition, a 3 day job turned into a 3 week job. Pieces of wood are falling down on our balcony from where they attempted to install. see attached picture. In addition, a 3 day job turned into a 3 week job. After paying them in full they have ignored all our phone calls and even a certified letter. They refuse to fix their botched install job since July 2018.
