“I was visiting friends that live in steamboat Springs. When i got out of my friend's car going to Th Egg for a local " Lion's " meeting when my glass "arm" came off completely. I wear Ic! Berlin " breakaway glass arms". Very tricky and difficult to re-attach. Ellisa at the front desk went back in the office and managed to re-attach my glasses right arm. I was so appreciative particularly because I have not figured out how to fix. No charge. I was so appreciative of their service.
