It’s a nightmare trying to schedule an appointment. Pro tip: an online booking system will make your life 110% easier and make your clients happier.

Just a little about our experience: took my 12 year old in for a hair cut. Made the appointment a month or so in advance (could never get through by calling so showed up in person to book the appointment). When we showed up early for our 5 pm appointment, was met with a little consternation by Kat who stated “oh, I thought for some reason you were bringing in a toddler”…then waited while she worked on another client.
