They are very knowledgeable and will help you with the parts you need to order. If your not sure they can usually tell you what you need. The service is fast and parts show up within a couple days. Most things I need are on the shelf but they can order anything your going to need to do the job.
Nathan was about as transparent and knowledgeable as they come. Our boiler finally gave out and he helped us understand what our next steps were to be most effective with an investment into a new one.
Had Marshall's Plumbing install a Nuvo water system in our home during the winter. Nathan and his son were extremely professional and provided a quality product installation. The Nuvo System (recommended by Nathan) has meet all of our expectations and then some. Nathan also did a little impromptu boiler work for us while he was on site. Cost and pricing where what he said it was. Extremely happy with the work done.
