I decided to treat myself with the Alpen Glow package and I'm glad I did!
Ayme did an amazing job with the body scrub and the facial was so relaxing I fell asleep! My face hasn't had any rebound acne as typically occurs after a facial and I am impressed with the results.
Lindsay did a great job in teasing out some knots and relaxing my muscles after a week of skiing. Overall, I highly recommend going here for any spa treatment!

I was the founder of Life Essentials Day Spa over 20yrs ago. Sold it and moved out of state. Returned to Steamboat for a visit after 13yrs and had to visit the new Life Essentials as Nu Yu. What a blessing to see so much of the original foundation and wellness we intended to achieve but now with so much more space and new treatments that still cater to healing. You must see and try it for yourself.
