EcoTreck was recommended to us when we found water/mold in a crawl space on a new home purchase. (It wasn't really water damage, but mainly water removal.) They provided an estimate for the seller which benefited the seller, then we asked for an additional estimate for us since we wanted to do more to the space other than just remove water and mitigate mold. They were excellent! They kept to the contract, were timely, and created exactly the space they said they would. Their workers were professional, timely, courteous and all around good guys. Kevin and the EcoTreck team are true professionals. We have used them for several jobs and each time the quality was excellent. They recognize that every customer is unique and work with them to understand their circumstances and to tailor their approach for each job. In a region where it is especially hard to get time from contractors, especially good ones, EcoTreck is responsive and knows how to prioritize their workload so the most critical jobs are taken care of first, while still accommodating the less critical jobs to the best of their ability. Matt, Beau, and their crew are always incredibly diligent, thorough and knowledgeable about how to address mold and water damage. I’ve had great success with them multiple times. There are lots of companies out there who remove mold but know little to nothing about the serious health effects this can have and what care needs to be taken with removal and remediation, especially for those of us in the 22-24% of the population who are especially sensitive (w/HLA-DR genetic polymorphisms). They never dismiss the particular needs of CIRS patients or others with environmentally acquired illness. Thank you for your excellent work!
