I've had incredible experiences with Kristen Shoemaker at Carpe Diem! What started as an annual facial at another spa has turned into bi-monthly visits, thanks to Kristen's exceptional care. From various facials, LED Light Therapy and Dermaplaning to Lash Tinting, every treatment is tailored to my needs with products that work great on my aging skin. Kristen's expertise and special personalized approach make her my go-to. If you're in Steamboat even for a day, she's truly the best. Book early!
I wish I could give Kristen more than 5 stars. The salon atmosphere is on point for all 5 senses. Kristen is so nice and walked me through what she was doing as she did it. Loved this experience and recommend Carpe Diem to anyone and everyone!
Amazing!!! I had a classic facial and it was incredible! Kristen does a phenomenal job and is very knowledgeable. Everything from the relaxing atmosphere, slippers, cozy robe and the excellent treatment were all top notch! Highly recommend!
