We recently moved to a new home and had issues with our hot water heater. Caesar was able to come out very late the first night. Unfortunately our issue was complex and required parts which were not available after 9pm. He got us enough hot water to be able to get us through the night and was back the next day to fix our issue. He spent almost the entire day working on our hot water heater because it actually had multiple issues. Caesar got us up and running so we had hot water all weekend and then bright an early Monday, he came by and was able to finish the repairs. I have neve had such a dedicated plumber in my life! He even called me late Friday to be sure the temporary fix he put in place was functioning. Top notch customer service!
