America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Needed new lenses & an exam. First time coming to this America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses location (been to 1 other before) and I left very satisfied, with both my initial and pick up visits when my lenses and frames were ready and they came out perfectly, for both my reading glasses and my sunglasses! Samantha, Gary, my eye tech Jennifer, Dr. Hellriegel and all the rest of the staff were so just so wonderful, helpful, attentive and patient with assisting me with all my requests and with answering all my many unending questions, while giving out the absolute best customer service. My glasses prescription was acting funny when I first picked them up. I had been using an old pair for a couple weeks though due to losing a lense. Gary reassured me that if I do not adjust, that we will get it figured out.

Horrible customer service, person at the counter was incredibly rude and was also on her phone when we went to ask questions when we went with somone for a visit. Also when the person was pricing her glasses, we asked to price another set for a deal, since he had the page out and he grumbled “oh my god” under his breath. Horrible customer service and I’m gonna try the Denver location when I need mine and see how that fairs ??
