Rachel was awesome!!! With the doctor being out of office, there is a bit of confusion. She made the process so easy and fun. I was able to get a new prescription and will be coming back for new glasses. This experience wouldn't have been have as enjoyable if she wasn't in today. Grace was also super helpful with answering all questions and helping out!
I haven't been to America's best in ages, glad to see customer service is still their main focus. All the staff were pleasant, but I want to give a big shout out to the gentleman with the long hair and glasses, who aided in my eye exam. I didn't get his name, but he's great and made me feel so comfortable. Thank you for the great experience 😀
