You will not find a more professional & responsive manager than Julie. She takes her responsibilities seriously and yet is approachable and friendly at all times. I have referred her many times over the years.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Julie on a real estate transaction with many moving parts - she was wonderful, well versed, easy to communicate with and a pleasure even in those difficult and crucial conversations. Having worked with many Agents I like to think I have a good comparative and this gal deserves 10 stars!

I’ve recently began renting from Julie at VIP investments and she’s been awesome! She’s an excellent property manager and very reliable. Ive had bad experiences before and I am very pleased to be renting from her!
