“We live in Marble where our snow load is pretty....severe. To help shed the snow off our roof without ice dams building up they installed heat tape for us along the edge of our roof. The last couple years we've had above average snowfall and the tape has done it's job, but through no fault of Pacific the sheer weight of the snow keeps peeling the tape off the roof in late winter/early spring when the snow is heavy and wet. Every time I've needed them for service (to re-attach the tape) they've been incredibly responsive and professional, and their warranty has covered all work so far.
