We've had multiple trips and appointments to this facility and once you get into a doctor or therapist they are great BUT there appears to be a regular problem with the office staff knowing how to simply make appointments and check in patients. I've never been to a hospital where the office staff works so hard to make going to the doctor so hard. Our last two trips we had women who were DETERMINED to not let us get medical care. We have active insurance. I actually have two kinds but they work hard to turn you off and deny care. I wouldn't be surprised if they get sued soon. We tried them but have returned to the Valley View hospital district. It's Rifle though. I should have known better.

I use a CPAP to sleep. I had a sleep study done a month and a half ago and I still have not gotten my CPAP machine. Somebody can't find the right paperwork so I still fight my sleep because they found a difference of about 4 pounds in the amount of pressure needed, and found I need a BiPAP machine, it sleeping difficult

This has to be the worst hospital ever,this was my second surgery with them and they have been bad.The anesthesiology department sucks,they pretend to care and have no care as to how you feel going into surgery.When they realize they messed up and i needed oxygen they guy didn't even care.Do not recommend this place,only okay part was my nurse.oh and let's not forget i almost died and had to be on oxygen because of them. Update 2/25 : I noticed my surgery drain was pushed in,tried to call after hours care and they kept playing the transfer game.they transferred me to the ER people and this is EXACTLY what he said "due my knowledge i can't really do anything or offer any advice" transfers me back to same lady at the after hours who then played dumb when i asked her who i should talk to or what i should do.I got frustrated and told her that ER department sucked and i hung up.This hospital is no help.DONT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING.
