Great staff!
Totally unresponsive!!! First, after two phone calls, the field representative arrived to look at our problem, take measurements and promise to get an estimate back in a few days. He seemed quite knowledgeable. After at least two weeks and four more phone calls, I was finally told that AAA had not even bothered to put together an estimate - their excuse was that they could not perform the work for at least 7 weeks so why bother with an estimate? It was clear that the field representative and the office lead had never even communicated!! What a screwed up, unprofessional group.
