“I had adaptive mobility do a bathroom remodel in my home to make it more accessible for my elderly mother. From day one it was such a positive experience working with Mike and Alex. Always communicated every step of the process . They are respectful, kind and knowledgeable able . There was a hiccup with the shipping and delivery with the flooring being faulty product. Mike and his team could have ignored the issue since it was not their fault br flooring being chipped and broken when it was delivered. Mike and his team were very professional and asked about my thoughts on the flooring and took my opinion and thoughts into consideration. They were quick to find a solution as they knew I have a big family and was the only bathroom in the house. I would recommend adaptive mobility to anyone who needs great quality work done in their home remodel for their family , especially our elderly and disabled family members.
