Good experience. We finally got around to replacing a very old roof on a rental. He had availability, and access to the shingle we preferred. They were in and out in 8 hours (small house, ranch style). We asked them to make extra sure as many nails as possible were cleaned up - we have had crazy experience with nails everywhere after a roof replacement on other properties. The owner, Mike, took another round on the property himself. Insurance didn't cover this roof at all, and his price was manageable.

Mike was awesome especially with the hail storm of 2016. We were hit with lemon-baseball sized hail. The whole neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods needed new roofs. Needless to say getting a roofer out to get bids let alone get work done was a slow process. Except for Mike. He was out with our bid with in 4 hours of calling. And it took about 6-8 weeks to get our roof done, even with a shortage of materials. He was always kind, courteous and professional. I reccomend him to anyone needing their roof done. It says something when the owner is actually involved in your transaction.
