I called another company that came out really quick. They said they would get back with me by the end of the day with a quote to replace my condenser coil. It was leaking freon. A couple of days pass... still nothing. I called to find out about my quote and still heard nothing back after being told someone would call back. Almost a week later I called Total Service. Pat came out, found where the leak was and fixed it... not replace it, the same day! It was a very reasonable price also ($488). The next day, the other company calls with their quote...$7200!!! That's more than a whole new unit! Total Service has great service at a great price. I will use them again.

I can't say enough good about Total Service! Our Home Warranty sent another company out when we called about our air conditioning not working. They said because our heat pump was 23 years old, we would need to replace it as well as the air handler in the attic, and they gave us a quote. I asked Total Service to give us a quote also, because they are neighbors that I know of through my employer, and I like to support local family businesses. Eric came that afternoon and gave us a quote for the same unit (same brand, same specs), except it was considerably lower! A LOT lower! I want to commend Total Service for expediting the repair of my furnace at one of my rental properties. They trouble shot the issue ordered the part and repaired it as promised.Total Service has been doing work for me for many years with no issues. Thanks for being there!
