I paid $1,400 for back yard sod and about 5 feet of dried sod was laid!! They come 11 days later to look at it after I had been watering it 3 times a day with extra water, work and stress!! He came and said it is getting green keep watering it and I will check in a couple of months!! Also I paid to have area cleaned up and they just threw in in a corner of my yard I had paid to clean up!! I am 75 years old and that is shameful for them to treat me like that!! I am so dissatisfied with their work!!!
These people are thieves and con artists.
Took me lawn mower there told me I needed a new engine, a friend came by spent ten minutes and it runs perfect. This company are frauds. BEWARE
We hired them to come out and install a sprinkler system. After one month of installation, one of the sprinkler heads was already leaking, so I called them to let them know about it. I called several times a week for 3 months and they finally came out and fixed it. By the time they came out, another sprinkler head started leaking. 2 years later, the water company contacted us to tell us that we are leaking water nonstop. There was a leak where they tied the pipe from the main water line to the sprinklers. I called and asked Terry to come out and take a look at it. He tried to avoid being responsible for the leak. He said that he would take care of it next week. When you have a water leak, it is an emergency. We were losing 1.5 gallons of water per hour, and he decided to wait until next week to fix it. He refused to pay when we decided to get someone else to fix it. When we hired another company to come out and fix it, they discovered that the connections were not expandable pipes. There were 2 leaks coming out from the same connection where they installed for the sprinklers. Also, it was wrapped with black tapes. I don't know how the inspector passed this in that condition. I don't recall the inspector coming here to inspect the pipes. According to the city, they are required to be inspected. The leak was fixed and done right the way it should have in the first place. They refused to pay for their damage. To fix the leak was expensive. It cost us an arm and a leg. We won't be using them again.
