I will take my time and write a longer more detailed review, but I want to say thank you to all of you at Sangre de Cristo Community Care for the care you gave our mom Jessie who passed away on Sunday and the ongoing care for Dad. You are all angels who are filled with compassion. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This is an amazing organization. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work with and surround myself by. The staff genuinely cares about our patients and strives to provide the best care to patients and support to families during trying times. I am so proud to be a part of such an amazing organization and to be able to be able to provide a much needed service to our community and friends in their time of need.

I had the SDCCC home health team for a couple weeks following a recent surgery. They were caring and compassionate, arrived when they said they would and for me back on my feet in record time!
