I am so surprised to see any bad ratings for R Buck - we purchased our home in Nov of 2020 and have used them several times - today, as always, the service was perfect. Knowledgeable technicians, appointments set in a timely manner and friendly staff. No one likes to pair for repairs but the prices don't give me a heart attack either. Water pooling on the floor below the new AC unit. I called and talked to the wonderful and helpful Theresa. She scheduled a tech visit the very next morning. The very knowledgeable and pleasant Jeff came out, found a rather unusual problem, fixed it and explained it to me. R Buck has been fantastic resource since they installed my new HVAC system last year! I appreciate the efficiency and the pleasantness of everyone!
