i like the pac and i go there sometimes to get a day pass because i don’t go enough to get a membership and the other day i went and the new blonde girl who works on tuesdays was really snotty and she gave really bad customer service she also didn’t let me get a day pass even tho i’ve never had a problem with it in the past

We have been members since moving to Pueblo a year and a half ago. We chose this gym because it has a great walking track for me and great spin classes for my husband. It has a stretching cage I have never seen before which I love. They have indoor and outdoor pools and I have always felt the club was clean, although I don't shower at the gym. I do wish they had more machines and ones geared toward all heights, because I am short and am limited in the ones I can use. I'm happy that they have rowers, also. I had the pleasure to tour this club and found it to be quite complete. However there was one class in particular I was interested in that they did not offee. I left a message and I have not heard back. Nor have I received a phone call or any other form of communication. Therefore as far as I'm concerned, they're iffy. They could use a stretch class. They're a couple of classes actually that should be included in their programming. I have actually never known a club that did not have a stretch class. They seem to not want to listen to any new ideas, so again iffy. We are growing and creating and developing every minute of the day that's important to... read full review
