From the very beginning to the final closing day, our building representative Andrea at Premier Homes Inc. was absolutely fantastic. She meticulously ensured that every detail we desired was incorporated into our new home. Moving from Texas could have been stressful, but Andrea kept us incredibly well-informed with regular photo updates and detailed progress descriptions.
We also want to commend Victor Q., the superintendent who oversaw the construction. He did an outstanding job guiding us through each phase of the building process. The thorough walk-through he provided a week before closing, and again on closing day, was exceptional.

Bought our house in 2021, at first it was problem after problem I couldn’t get fixed because the guy that handled warranty stuff was absolutely horrible. After my warranty was over we still had issues but they hired a new gentlemen to handle warranty issues. Vic has been absolutely amazing on handling issues we’ve had and getting problems solved. It’s amazing what replacing one person can do for a company. Before Vic I had nothing positive to say about Premier. Now I can recommend them and feel like future buyers will be taken care of.
Have bought 2 homes from Premier… built our 2nd and each time the service and quality of the home has been Top Tier! From Andrea helping our family plan each detail to exactly how we wanted it to Victor overseeing the build and assuring every spec was built flawlessly… we could have not asked for better partners in this process! Not to mention… the outstanding service after the build to make sure everything functioned as expected!
