I have never had a bad experience with this place and I have been coming here for years. Plus they have always been helpful when it was time for recertification with Medicaid. Alot easier than dealing with Social Services!
I came here after unsuccessfully trying to reach my children's pediatrician My son had a sinus infection and was miserable. The staff here did everything possible to get him in same day, from registration to appointment. They were nothing but kind and professional and even gave him a book to keep! I felt like I was respected and listened to about my concerns instead of brushed off like sometimes happens to parents who know what's ailing their kids. I made a well child visit for him and I was only looking at a week out, very impressive! I was very grateful for how hard the staff worked to make my miserable toddler a little less miserable.
