Mesa Veterinary Clinic: Parsons Gina DVM

I have been a customer of Mesa Clinic for many years. They have helped me get through some very difficult times. My dog just recently had some issues that, at her age, could be a problem and I needed a Veterinarian to tell me she is fine. The female person that answered the phone and informed me that I could not get an appointment for months did not respond in the friendly manner that she should have. I am very disappointed in the service that I received over the phone, especially from a person that is being paid to handle an upset customer. They're always good at getting us when they can. Answering my questions over the phone. Helping me decide if we even need to take our dogs in. They were so good to my dog and patient with us. They removed a volley ball size cancerous tumor from her uterus. When we picked her up she was so happy! Thank you all for taking such great care of her! Our old lady means the world to us and that was the hardest choice to make but we are so glad we did!

07.26.22 Dr. Tars was super great. Highly recommend Mesa!!Dr Nikki was great!!! She is very sweet and knowledgeable. Haven't been with them long, but definitely an office I truly appreciate. The girls up front are awesome!!
