I’m only writing this to inform the public that the negative reviews are disgruntled employees who make statements to hurt the company. I would read positive reviews first. I don’t even know this company but they probably provide excellent services.

I worked with Independent Hearts for two months. After reading the terrible reviews it brakes my heart. Also I am glad there are good reviews. This company does care a lot about their clients and they care about their employees and really want their employees and clients safe and taken care of.This organization only offers basic services, NOT CNA certification services, which does limit the care takers abilities to help even more than they can for families.The company does have a high turn over rate because the pay wage is awful.
