The worst customer service! I waited 10 minutes for someone to help me. after someone was called the 1st time, no one came. I stopped someone again for help and waited 20 minutes so I could purchase glass shower doors and still no one came. I'm walking out empty handed because I would not waste my time with waiting anymore but was stopped to see if I stole anything. I will never come to this store again.

I needed new floors in my home. Home Depot has made it so complicated that I’ll be lucky if completed by spring. The process was started back in October. The person to do measurements is only in my area once a week and booked out for weeks. After this I chose the flooring no one told me it couldn’t be installed on stairs. I asked several people at the store what other have done. No one knew. Once I found a solution and got the estimate it had fees and add-ons that had to be adjusted. 3 quotes later everything is ready, all I needed was the final quote to make my payment. We purchased a stove and it was a nightmare. Will never shop Home Depot again. I warn everyone now to avoid giving business to them.
