I have used this business from the time I moved here, CO. The last time I used them was due to a dog accident (potty training - poop in the room). I then decided to clean the high traffic area, living room, hallway and bedroom, the living room and hallway looked good, however, when he went in the room I think he quit working and did NOT clean the room. The stain, and oder were still there. I called, he came back w/ a 1/2 bottle of deodorizer (LOL) and an apology. He than cleaned the room.I called today to schedule another cleaning and asked if they still had the same employees, and told the rep of my last encounter, and she said, I quote: “find another place”. Aaron came promptly on time to clean our carpets in our new home. He clearly understood that we have a child with severe allergies to cats and how important it was to thoroughly clean our floors. He even went the extra mile and went over the heavy areas more than once! He took great care and was really fast too! Carpets dried within an hour and because of that we will continue to have a mild free home! Absolutely delighted with this company and Aaron for their work!
