The entire process after my accident was handled seamlessly by Tanya Franklin of Azar and Associates. She kept me informed the entire way. Though sometimes it seemed as if the restitution would never come to fruition, and though it was a small amount of money, it was not the fault of Azar and associates, it was the other insurance company dragging their heals.
