Faustin did an amazing job on our carpets. He was responsive when we scheduled our apt. He was accommodating and understanding of our time crunch. He messaged me when he was on his way so I'd know when to expect him. He was attentive to our needs. This was the second time EVER that we've called someone to come clean our carpets and we chose him both times. His pricing is very reasonable and he does a really great job. We do have pets so I was a little concerned about the hair but he didn't miss a strand. I didn't know our carpet could be so soft. We are very pleased with how quickly it dried as well. We highly recommend his company.
