Shannon Measel is a committed trainer and massage therapist In the past when I tried to train myself, I always injured myself. Not so with Shannon. He knows the right way to strength train and is always spot on with his coaching. I am 62 years old, and I have never looked nor felt this good. Shannon is also the BEST massage therapist I have ever encountered.
