“I just got my roof done by Optimum Roofing and Solar on 7/28/25, and I have nothing but praise for the company and the quality of their work.

My previous roof was 49 years old with double shingles, and severe water damage above our garage due to the old roofers not putting up any flashing. My insurance company wouldn't give me adequate coverage because of how bad of shape it was in.

The Optimum crew tore off both layers of shingles, repaired the plywood and decking, got the shingles on, and added appropriate flashing all in less than a full day. They were courteous and respectful, and cleaned up very well. I mow lawns for a side job, and I often find nails and debris left from roofers, but my lawn was near spotless.

I would whole-heartedly recommend this company for your roofing needs. The owner, Daniel is a fantastic guy and makes you feel very confident that you are getting a high quality roof for a great price. He walked me through the process from start to finish, and answered all of my questions very timely.“

He identified in great detail much more damage than was originally assessed and his report was very comprehensive, easy to understand, and well written. The report is an incredible tool to document damage and give justification to any arguments with insurance carriers when they miss or overlook damage on their original estimates.
