“Folks if you looking for someone to work on your mobile home in the Pueblo area give John a call at Timberline. He did a great job
replacing the skirting on our mobile home in Colorado City. He drove out to check out the job and answered any questions or concerns. After the job followed up with us with some recommendations to address that were noted while installing the new skirting. Nice to see someone willing to point out some problems areas that we might want to look at later on. Kudos to John and Timberline!“

“Bought our house in 2021, at first it was problem after problem I couldn’t get fixed because the guy that handled warranty stuff was absolutely horrible. After my warranty was over we still had issues but they hired a new gentlemen to handle warranty issues. Vic has been absolutely amazing on handling issues we’ve had and getting problems solved. It’s amazing what replacing one person can do for a company. Before Vic I had nothing positive to say about Premier. Now I can recommend them and feel like future buyers will be taken care of.“
