CHC is the best abatement company I’ve seen and experienced in Colorado. They operate on a level that surpasses any set expectations and go about their work in such a manner that you think it’s a family who’s helping you out rather than a small business or company. Scott Nelson, the leader of the pack, is a genius with numbers and is a honest and genuine man who will accommodate you and your every need. After may years of working with CHC, I called upon them to perform a complicated abatement with multiple trades on a fast-tract school project. They worked with and around the multi trades and did a fantastic job. Done on time and met a tight budget. Scott and his crew are the only abatement team I call.
