My name is Matthew and I am a project supervisor with Lumin General Contractors. I used CHC for a small demolition project/ asbestos abatement on a plasterboard wall and ceiling due to a roof leak. Miguel was the project manager I worked with and he was great to say the least. I've never had to do an abatement before, but recently expanded into more interior repairs and will definitely be using CHC for all future projects in the southern region because the experience was virtually painless for me and my clients. CHC is the best abatement company I’ve seen and experienced in Colorado. They operate on a level that surpasses any set expectations and go about their work in such a manner that you think it’s a family who’s helping you out rather than a small business or company. Scott Nelson, the leader of the pack, is a genius with numbers and is a honest and genuine man who will accommodate you and your every need. After may years of working with CHC, I called upon them to perform a complicated abatement with multiple trades on a fast-tract school project. They worked with and around the multi trades and did a fantastic job. Done on time and met a tight budget. Scott and his crew are the only abatement team I call.
