Bendell Karate

I found Bendell Karate here in my early 40s - they have an amazing staff of teachers that have all trained under the legacy and lineage of master instructors that can trace their lineage back to Korea. With added experience in military special forces and law enforcement - they offer so much more than most schools I have seen. They were welcoming to me and my 3 children that attend with me. I am proud to be a part of this school and for my kids - aged 6, 9 and 11 to be practicing with me!

We have been at Bendell for almost 2 years and we have learned so much in that time. Both my 10 year old and 4 year old look forward to Karate each week. And each week when I look at each one of them I see confidence and a sense of self. Also the biggest thing I love about Bendell is that they learn respect, for themselves, eachother, and anyone they come in contact with!
