Please please save your money these people are so unprofessional and will avoid doing any warranty work we have had so many problems with a new built. They refused to fix our steps even though that was part of our red tape, customer service are rude too, even when you’re being polite. I will never ever in my life buy a home from tralon they are trash

This has been the worst buying experience of my life. The warranty service is non existent. They will work incredibly hard to avoid doing any warranty work. We’ve had many problems with our concrete in the front and backyard, and they refuse to fix them.Over the years living in our house I find many examples of cutting corners, and poor craftsmanship. Avoid this company.

The homes they have built as of recently have questionable integrity. I moved in to a newly built home in April of 2022 and have had substantial issues as well as my other neighbors. The list of issues with my own home is extensive and in the last 6 months, not one major area of concern has been adequately addressed. My current list of issues is as follows: Concrete cracking/spalling/improper curing/water coming up from the floor of the garage, steps separating from the house which was torn out and re-poured but they are now shorter and not straight as well as cracking again, framing 2x4's not connected, incorrectly installed (subsequently burned out) sump pump, back...read full review
