I recently moved back to the springs and I was looking for a companion to start this new chapter of my life. I've bought from this breeder before and I got my very first dog of my own, Avery Juliet, a gorgeous sable and white sheltland sheepdog. She passed away a few years back and I have never had such an incredible companion before. It was a heartbreaking experience losing her but then I remembered where she came from.High Plains just recently started breeding border collies as well as shelties and at first I wasn't interested in a border collie until I met Winnie.
