He is thoughtful, knows his craft and building codes, provides a thoroughly detailed agreement, and the job is done correctly. The crew was polite and respectful and took precautions to take care of my property as they worked. I contacted Jake because he was recommended by individuals I trusted. They do not skimp on the quality of the materials, and they honored their quote. When there were mods, they contacted me ahead of time and provided an estimate ahead of time. Their workers were respectful, skilled and professional.
