Robyn was awesome and really helped me out! She helped me get an Apointment quickly and got me set up with some trial contacts as I had lost my last one that day and was gonna have to drive home pretty blind.
I called and spoke to Dominique the Assistant Manager. My daughter had used the wrong solution in her eye, and ruined her contact. It was the Saturday before Easter and Dominique came to the rescue. He was so nice and gave my Daughter a pair of contacts free of charge to get her through until she got back to college. Parker Target optical and the Staff, (especially Dominique) are truly why we continue to go there.Thank youToinette
I noticed a small wire coming out of my reading glass. The lens was about to fall out. Without these glasses, I would not be able to work on my computer. I headed over to Target. In a slight panic, Robyn with the Parker Target got my back behind my work computer in 30 minutes. Thank Robyn for taking care of me. I will be back for my check up soon.
