Mick was amazing to work with, and he was very knowledgeable of the flooring choices. As we decided to replace all of our flooring in our home built in 1999, there were lots of decisions to make. Mick came to our home, talked us through the process, and helped us to make the right decisions. He was very patient and explained all the choices. There were many styles to choose from, and the prices were reasonable. We decided on luxury vinyl flooring for the downstairs, and carpet for the upstairs. I would give 10 stars to Pioneer Flooring if that was an option! Working with Mick and the installer was a great experience. Mick brought his store to us and he had so many samples of LVF. After narrowing down to one, he brought over a box so I could set the planks around the house. After deciding on the vinyl plank, Trevor installed it the next week along with new 5” trim. I cant say enough good things about him either! Trevor is skilled, talented, meticulas and cleaned up every night before he left. I will continue to use Pioneer Flooring for my future flooring needs! They do not disappoint!

The owner, Mick is insanely knowledgeable and passionate about his craft.
My husband and I had Mick and his crew install carpet about a year ago and were impressed with the quality and how it held up with 3 dogs and a toddler! We recently had a basement flood and needed the carpet replaced, Mick was incredible to work with and had it ordered/reinstalled within a week.
Every carpenter we've met from his crew has also been prompt and organized.
