Customer service is a lost art these days. I just came into Parker Security Center and Locksmiths to get a couple of blank car keys cut to the correct shape for my car.
Rhett took care of me IMMEDIATELY, no questions asked. I was thinking, “a little strange that he didn’t give me a price before cutting” but “whatever, I’m sure it’s not too expensive”…
He handed me my 2 newly cut keys and said “have a great day”. I asked “what do I owe you?” To which he replied “nothing! Just come see me next time you need a lock or new key for your home, office, etc.”.

Only Locksmith in the Douglas County area that could help and cut key ( make a duplicate )all the locksmith shops seem to be closing. Home Depot and Lowe’s both failed to find key code and do not keep keys in stock if machine can’t do it, they fail. Everything is remote, Parker Locksmith security center is a great place, great service, super quick thank you for your service!
I called this Locksmith because I had a blank F150 key fob that I needed cut. He said to bring it in and he will see what he can do. I brought it in, he cut it in about 5 seconds, and he didn't even charge me. This is the same thing a Car Dealership would charge $80-$100+ for.I felt obligated to buy something since he was being so nice, so I replaced my old house key with a new house key he had available, and he only charged me $5 for that.He was very kind and only asked that I think of him in the future for any locksmithing needs, which I will do for sure.
