In a time where service and response times are poor, PFC goes above and beyond! Their office staff is unbelievably professional, timely in their response, and beyond helpful. I've been a patient for 15 years and the staff has not changed significantly - which speaks volumes for the business. Their doctors, nurses and care team are patient, understanding, offer solid advice and follow up as needed. I absolutely love this office and care team! They truly put your health above everything else.

I have been a patient of Parker Family Care for over 10 years; with a 2-year break with Kaiser due to insurance offered at my former employment. I am happy to be back with Dr. West and a staff that cares about you. I have established a new relationship with Kylie (PA) and extremely pleased; she is a gem! I made a mistake by not realizing I did not request a refill on one of my medications at almost 4pm on a Friday afternoon, the day before I was set to go out of town. I called frantically hoping to get a last-minute script called in. Nicholle was amazing and called two pharmacies for me to make sure someone had it in stock. She was able to have my fantastic provider, Ashley call in a refill before everyone left for the day. I cannot thank you all enough for your kindness and eagerness to help me when it was my mistake.
