Shame on you, Dr.Jerath. As a doctor, it amazes me that you have such little compassion for your patients. I've never received such horrible treatment at a doctor's office before and without the slightest apology or concern. I'll physically suffer for at least the next 6-8 weeks because you are too much of a coward even to try to have a conversation with me. You absolutely know this and tried to use the power of my appointment to intimidate me. Not the best experience, they are easier to get ahold of than some other big companies but I'd still chose planned parenthood or another place any day. seemed like they were always making things harder and more complicated than it needed to be, customer service is average at best. Wouldn't recommend unless you don't have any other options
