I had a terrible experience with Brandi B. yesterday. She showed me the room, told me where to put my things, said to start laying face up and walked out. Never introduced herself, or even looked at me. Never asked about my body, where to focus or stay away from. Her attitude was avoidant and rude and it showed in her work. I had to stop her from touching me in 2 areas because she never gave me the opportunity to tell her where I needed attention or where to stay away from. 10 minutes into the massage I said I was cold and she laughed. Moving here from South Florida has most likely tainted this experience but this location here in Parker, CO CANNOT get masseuses to work...you can't get an appointment ...lived here 2 years now...extremely frustrating. I started using my membership towards facial treatments instead...Kati is the ONLY esthetician to see..the others are not very good.

They will happily take your money and will not offer many appointments to use a membership. They also make it impossible to cancel memberships and charge closed accounts without agreement.
