We recently started using Maid to Shine services and are very impressed with their cleaning services and their commitment to customer service. Brittnee was here today, she was on time, arrived with everything she needed (and more!), and she was extremely detail oriented in making sure every surface was spotless. She has a very cheerful attitude, is an extremely hard worker, and I can say this is by far the best cleaning experience we have ever had. She really set the standard for cleaning excellence- we highly recommend the company and Brittnee!

I requested Kenzie after the initial cleaning and she has been amazing !! I am really happy with all her hard work helping me keep the house clean.

I have no idea where the 1 star came from, I never made a review. As the reply states I never got a cleaning and only received a quote. I apologise, I edited it. Truly no clue how or why it was left.
