We had a great experience here. My husband needed some zipper pulls on his backpack replaced. They were able to replace them with complimenting pulls, and have it ready in a few days for us. We’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely fantastic service, I needed a rivet replaced on a leather strap, I dropped off the item, she told me a price and asked me to come back at the same time the next day and you can't really tell that a rivet was ever missing. I'm impressed!
