Our office recently received a call from a Veteran seeking assistance with his furnace. Out of genuine concern, we reached out to learn more about his situation. He explained that another company, whose name we will not disclose, had visited his home and told him he needed an entirely new furnace. They claimed the motherboard could not be replaced and provided him with a quote of $9,000 for a new system. When he contacted our office, we immediately knew something didn’t sound right. What a great all around experience with Heatwave! We had Jake inspect our furnace 4 years ago and just had a new furnace and heat pump installed for heat and A/C. These guys are prompt, professional and courteous. Their pricing is fair and they stand by their work. The fact that this company is owned and run by a woman....priceless! Highly recommend.
So glad we called Heatwave? Technician was very professional, identified the problem, gave us options, and left us with a working air conditioner, in the middle of a Heatwave?
