I love these people. They know me by my first name. Everyone I have ever had an appointment with is absolutely wonderful. Everyone I have talked to was absolutely wonderful. Until today. I spoke with a front desk person that was completely rude and I ended up crying when I hung up the phone. I was so sad. I'm not going to let one person ruin it for me because I adore these people. I've seen them for years. I don't know if this lady was having a bad day or what, and I'm going to give her the benefit of the doubt.
My family has been coming here for years! Dr. Hatch is amazing! He saved me from 2 soccer injuries. My husbands back issues have majorly improved. Hatch discovered my daughter has slight scoliosis, her posture and back pain have improved immensely. My 10 year old plays competitive baseball, and getting adjustments have made a huge difference in his play and overall mood. Oh, and don't forget, he takes care of PI cases. My husband and I were in an accident, Dr. Hatch took care of us. We love the staff, and how they handle patients! Definitely recommend.
