My daughter’s husband scheduled an appointment for her at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa because she has been experiencing lower back pain after giving birth. While my daughter was taken back for her massage, Salma kindly came over to talk with my husband and me. She even went above and beyond by looking up if there was a Hand & Stone in Idaho Falls, ID, and found that the closest one was about three hours away. I had a wonderful facial by Tracy. Selma was at the front desk when I was there. Both of them were wonderful and gave me a great treatment with such a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
I truly recommend this place for anyone interested in a professional and friendly experience. Selma in the front office is always so friendly!!! The whole experience is so rewarding. You’ve got to get a facial or massage here!!! You won’t regret it!!!
